Bridge Construction in Cakung Begins

The bridge that has 50 meters long and 20 meters wide is part of PT Metland's social and public relations obligations to the city administration

East Jakarta Mayor Muhammad Anwar, inaugurated the bridge development in Tambun Rengas area, Cakung Timur, Cakung, on Thursday (12/3).

"The bridge that has 50 meters long and 20 meters wide is part of PT Metland's social and public relations obligations to the city administration," he expressed.

In this case, he explained, the developer was obliged to handover 173 square meters of social and public facilities.

"We appreciate and thank Metland for submitting its social and public services to the local government," he explained.

Meanwhile PT Metland Vice Director Abdul Jalil added the bridge development had been started on October and was targeted to be complete in March 2021.

"This bridge will be an alternative route for drivers from Bekasi," he said.
